Some Donkey is reporting the Sens should consider moving Alfie.

Clearly this has zero credibility and is just mad speculation from a guy who obviously has never set foot in Ottawa (aka Alfieville).

If there were even whispers of this I would have my pitchfork and torch at the ready!!

The only way I see Alfie being moved is if it's the last year of his contract and Ottawa is in a full blown re-build. I would personally want him to have a shot at a Cup. That's the only way. I'm not even going to read that article as it doesn't deserve my time.

And I would never trade Alfie unless he wanted it. Last year of his contract or no, he is a Senator through and through. I just can't picture any other jersey on him, and I can't picture a Senators team without #11 leading the charge.
