I focused on Michkov, Amirov, Lapierre, Rossi and Lundell today. Anyone want to see a specific trait of their game tendency?

Behold Rossi disrupting the puck carrier or play which results in a positive possession change 191 times in 22 matches. Sometimes with Rossi it is just being in the right spot at the right time and it isn’t luck.

Lapierre is the biggest wildcard of the draft for me. As good as Raymond, Askarov and Lundell have been in their D+1 so far, I don’t think anybody has seen their stock rise more than Lapierre during the delay of the draft. Good for him. When healthy, I’d have a hard time keeping him out of the top 10. I think you will see him go in the 15-20 range on draft day.

Here are all his goals.

Rossi here with actual takeaways instead of just gaining positive puck possession. Who does he remind you of? For me, it is Crosby now, not Sid the kid.

I can't imagine some team not taking a chance on his health in the 1st round. if he falls to the 2nd and we don't draft him with our pick, i'm gonna be upset.

with the number of picks we have, this is absolutely the type of pick we should be making. even with the 28th overall. the rewards with him are just too high to pass on that late in the 1st.

Me neither. And I’m gonna make a bold claim right now that NJ pick him with their 20th overall.

I told you guys months ago lapierre was going to be picked higher than expected because his injuries weren’t concussions. I stand by that.

He’s been ranked too high, then too low, now just about right. Any long-term chronic injury is concerning.

I remember you saying that though.

Thanks. I will be wrong on many other things as my knowledge of the later guys is limited. But I would imagine the sens would definitely want to grab him if he falls, if they keep the pick. If he busts who cares, they have tons of picks

Get your 2 sure things (Byfield, Raymond, Rossi, Lundell, Sanderson) and then swing away.

All I’m saying is Diddle Stutzle, Sanderson and Quinn. Jesus, if Quinn was born three days earlier, we’d be talking about a guy that didn’t even get drafted in 2019. He and his unsustainable 22% shooting percentage can F off until pick 13-17

The DEL postponed yet again. Oh well, gives Stutzle more time for his brain to catch up to his feet and hands or risk staying like Athanasiou.

My "money" is on Raymond. Why waste a 5th overall pick on a goalie when you can get someone like Murray for a 2nd and b prospect.

It won’t be goalie. It will be Sanderson, Raymond or Quinn IMO
