This was bound to happen. So many fringe NHLers have priced themselves out of playing in the NHL, and with general managers leaving an emphasis on playing youth to develop their young talent and to save some money with entry-level contracts, it seems like there will be an inevitable exodus of players to other leagues.

My advice to those players is not to let the doorski hit them in the buttski on the way out(ski).

I wonder if this will help fuel the KHL's expansion plans with their Minor League plans etc...
