This bid was also recreated when the threads were shuffled. Quebec (Nashville) has made a succesful offer to Mark Mancari. Since there was no matching of the offer by the rights holding GM (Buffalo), his rights now belong to Quebec for 3 years at a cap hit of 650K. Since this is less than 863,156, no compensation is required.
