Re: GM Sim Game - Dubinsky
With the re-acquistion Ottawa's 2nd round pick,
The Sens have offerd Mr.Dubinsky a contract of
3 million per season over 4 years.
(Compensation = 2nd round pick)

From what I understand in pm there is a 48 hour window to place bids from the 1st offer. Once the 48 hrs had gone by I can match the offer at 10% less. In this case the only bid was mine and no other offer placed within that window. As I had posted it at 117pm on September 23 the time frame had elapsed....Hemlock could you clarify.
As per the compensation in the rules its a 1st and 3rd.
Amount Compensation Due
$863,156 or less None
$863,156 - $1,307,812 3rd round pick
$1,307,812 - $2,615,625 2nd round pick
$2,615,623 - $3,923,437 1st and 3rd round pick
$3,923,437 - $5,231,249 1st, 2nd, and 3rd round pick
$5,231,249 - $6,539,062 Two 1st's, one 2nd, one 3rd round pick
$6,539,062 or more Two 1st's, two 2nds, two 3rd round pick

Re: GM Sim Game - Dubinsky
It's 48 hours from the first bid (the thread being created, going by the time stamp.).
Phoenix is right too Mark, your bid would involve a 1st and 3rd.\
Bidding for Brandon Dubinsky is now over. Mark's bid was too late, so the NYR retain the services of Brandon Dubinsky for a period of 2 years at an average cap hit of 1.55 million per season.
