This one is brand new, like a week old... however it is one of the few reboots and I pulled it in and out of a docking station so the confluence of circumstance contributed to the skull sighting... that and LSD.

It is a temporary condition... detox like in trainspotting and you will be fine...

Most likely a cache thing. Refresh or reboot and it *should* go away...
