HA! Check what I said a ways back... so far they are surprising me by sucking so much more than I could have ever imagined. Wow.

Their level of sucking is something special. I only hope they find a way to continue this. It's shaping up to be a truly awesome train wreck for the white and blue.

Boy, Shabbs, were you ever right, in a wrong kind of way.

Careful what you ask for...the last thing we need is for Boston to land a top five pick in this year's draft.

What do you think the chances are that they don't land a top pick? I will be really surprised if they don't.

Toronto won't go winless this season. Some teams that are off to hot starts will cool off a bit...I think you'll get an idea of how things are going to shape out this season at the 25 game mark.

If The LEafs win a game in October they should consider themselves lucky.

That's a bit of an unusual jump. I said (indirectly) that TO will finish in a lottery position, you took that to mean that I believe they won't win a game? I don't get it.

There's almost no chance they're not in the lottery, but I can see them finishing out of the top-5.
Let's see what happens with Gustavsson in goal and Kessel up front.

What's Kessel going to do? There is absolutely NO ONE in Toronto that is anywhere near as skilled as Savard. If Kessel hits 20 goals this year I will be shocked.

I think he'll get 20 based on the fact that he's going to play tons of minutes, specifically on the PP. He'll definitely need a good centre though if he wants to actually earn the money he's being paid. If he isn't scoring goals, it's not like he's earning it elsewhere like a Toews would.
