Jays: Ricciardi fired!

Wow. In the wake of all the news yesterday regarding the players having a big rift with Cito, JP Ricciardi has been let go.

tremendous news for the jays, maybe Ricciardi planted that seed, who knows, otherwise, clean house completely, and if Halladay indeed wants to be traded, then I don't want Ricciardi negotiating the deal.

Thank god! For 9 years, Ricciardi promised great things, all the while leading the team down the Dung.

They need to further get rid of Gaston and all the associate coaches.

Put someone established in, but good management in place, and maybe Halladay sees the light and signs a new deal with TO

Good move for the team IMO

Rogers should have a lot of money to get this team going in the right direction and to fill those damn seats at Roger's centre, 11000 a night is pathetic.

This is the GM who survived on BS for the longest time I can ever remember a GM surviving on, in any sport. This franchise was once great. Tough to hear that the Phillies are looking to be the first repeat winner since the Jays... 92, 93

this guys firing was about 6 years too late.
