I haven't downloaded the files and don't change the lineups, but is there a way to check the results and everything, the stats etc. without downloading anything, except maybe an excel sheet?

....yeah on page one of this forum I post a link to the days results, so just click on the corresponding day for the results and the latest stats

Press Release:
League hands out first major suspension in wake of serious neck injury.
Toronto Maple Leafs Defenceman Garnet Exelby has been suspended 20 (twenty) games for his hit from behind on Ottawa's Nikita Filatov.
At 5:01 into the 2nd period of Saturday night’s game, Filatov and Exelby were chasing an icing call when Exelby positioned himself behind Filatov and drove him into the boards from behind.
Filatov remained motionless on the ice for 5 minutes while both teams trainers/medics attended to him. Filatov was taken off the ice on a stretcher to a local hospital.
He will be held overnight for monitoring and is expected to miss 2 (two) months of action.
Exelby received a checking from behind major/game misconduct on the play.
Ottawa has recalled Lars Eller to replace Filatov for the team’s trip to Dallas.
