amazing, this guy is a legend amongst sprinters, who knew someone could beat everyone so easily.
It was remarkable to watch - he was so far ahead of everyone it was not even funny.
it must be awful deflating for the rest of the runners, oh yeah, we are not racing for # 1 guys, we are racing for the silver.

Sick. This guy is incredible. He could have pitched a tent at the ribbon and still had time to roast marshmallows and won.

And Michael Johnson was saying he wouldn't break the record, suggesting he was too tired...

Yeah... sure.
Remember when he pulled up lame vs Bailey in that Skydome event? That was awesome!

The best was Bailey's comments afterwards about Johnson being a chicken and let's do it again so I can "kick his Donkey, one more time".

Nowadays as humans are getting taller and larger, we are seeing a new breed of huge, very skilled/fast big athletes. Bolt is 6'5" which is very tall for a sprinter. Usually a guy that tall doesn't have the speed a shorter guy does. Taller guys tend to be a little more awkard as well, but Bolt's strides are very fluid. Like I said in a previous post, Bolt is fast as hell and freakishly tall (for a sprinter). He averages 3-4 less strides per race than say Tyson happy would. That's significant. I kind of feel sorry for Tyson happy, a genuine nice guy, who's putting up some incredible times and noone seems to notice.
Michael Phelps is another classic example of this type of athlete. It's almost becoming unfair for a smaller guy, who is starting with a disadvantage he can do nothing about.
